The 7th step of Mindfulness

This is the 7th, the last exercise described in the ABC of Mindfulness by Jessica Wilker and it is quite simple: keep doing what you’ve learned.

You can try to integrate the full circle of steps in some of your daily tasks like reading email or going to the bus station, just make sure you have enough time and space for it. The aim of this post is nothing more or less than to remind you to stay on track and do you best. As said by the author:

On the seventh day
you should not rest,
but do your best!
