In my case, it should be something visual showing my progress. For this reason, I prepared a list for the month where I can mark up which of my resolutions for the month I’ve done. For this month the resolutions are to form sport and meditation to habits. I also added exercises of mindfulness to the list; I think it fits here quite good.

Every evening I put a tick mark to the task which I’ve practised during the day.
It is a way to have an overview of the stuff which is done, and I also like the idea to have 12 lists like this in one year, showing my achievements on different resolutions for every month.
